SLOW FLOW YOGA
Join us for 60-minute embodied yoga.
Each session is three parts: breathwork, full-body movement + rest. Suitable for all levels, including beginners.

Having a yoga mat, two blocks and something to work as a strap is helpful.

MOVE WITH MENOPAUSE
Menopause is a new beginning!
Peri, meno or post—you don’t have to navigate it alone. Join us each week to honor the shifts in our bodies and reclaim our strength.
Class includes 10 minutes breathwork, 25 minutes movement and 15 minutes rest. 10 minuted guided journaling prompt is optional.

REIKI (60 MINUTE SESSION)
Reiki is gentle, non-touch energy work that helps your body return to a state of calm and balance.
You might feel warmth, tingling or simply deep relaxation. Even when it feels subtle, reiki supports the body’s natural healing.
Sessions include light meridian clearing followed by reiki energy to move what feels stuck—leaving you grounded, clear and refreshed.
