YOGA CLASSES

  • SLOW FLOW YOGA

    Breathwork. Movement. Rest.
    Trauma-informed yoga and guided breathwork to regulate stress, build strength, and restore calm energy.

    Suitable for all levels, including beginners. Having a yoga mat, two blocks and something to work as a strap is helpful.

    For four Thursdays, we’ll explore gentle ways to slow down, reconnect and rest—body and mind. All are welcomed.

    ADAPTED/GENTLE YOGA

    A slower-paced practice for comfort, confidence, and connection.

    This class blends mindful breath, gentle movement, and supported rest to help you build strength and ease at your own pace. We use props like chairs, bolsters, straps, and sandbags to meet your body where it is today.

    Whether you’re working with limited mobility, recovering from injury, or simply seeking a calmer, more restorative approach to yoga—this class offers space to move, rest, and reconnect with yourself.

    Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning to the mat—let’s move, breathe and feel good together.

    A 3‑Week Series for Releasing Stuck Energy

    Grief, stress, and emotion don’t just live in the mind—they settle in the body. This series offers a safe space to gently move what’s been stuck and reconnect to what’s still alive in you.

    Each 90-minute session includes:

    🌀 30 minutes of guided conversation
    🧘 35 minutes of gentle, grounding yoga
    💫 25 minutes of distance reiki

  • REIKI (60 MINUTE SESSION)

    Reiki is gentle, non-touch energy work that helps your body return to a state of calm and balance.

    You might feel warmth, tingling or simply deep relaxation. Even when it feels subtle, reiki supports the body’s natural healing.

    Sessions include light meridian clearing followed by reiki energy to move what feels stuck—leaving you grounded, clear and refreshed.

  • YOGA BREATHING

    Manage your breath better to tune into your body, mind and heart!

    Yoga Breathing is a safe and fast way to relieve stress, boost digestion, balance your energy, and improve sleep.

    No experience of any kind is needed. You’ll learn a very simple, science-based approach effective for everyone.

    1:1 sessions (4-week package) and organizational workshops are available.

    This is a breath-led class designed for anyone navigating the hormonal shifts of their 40s, 50s, and beyond. Whether you’re deep in perimenopause, already postmenopausal, or just feeling the waves of change—you’re in the right place.

    We move gently, breathe deeply, and rest on purpose. Because strength looks different in this season—and so does support.

    Class includes 10 minutes breathwork, 25 minutes movement and 15 minutes rest. 10 minuted guided journaling prompt is optional.here
